Admin Center

  • Updated the messaging in account verification emails for clarity and a better user experience.

  • Optimized the billing page to enable faster and smoother initial purchases.

  • Ensured test merge limits in Documents are now appropriately synced with live merge limits.

  • Defects fixes:

    • Fixed an issue where admins on accounts without the Forms Portals add-on could see the option to purchase portals for external users.

    • Resolved an issue that prevented Suite Plan purchases while trialing the SSO add-on.

    • Corrected a defect where the Documents Auto-Upgrade feature was incorrectly shown to Documents Enterprise customers.


Documents

  • In-app DocX editor — Previously, users could not edit uploaded Word templates directly within the Documents application. Instead, they had to download, edit, and re-upload these templates, which is time-consuming and frustrating. This feature allows users to open and edit their DocX templates directly in the Docs user interface.

  • Created new modifier insert_img_to_email


Forms

  • Defect fixes:

    • Resolved issue where "Email On Failure" for forms integrations was only supporting one email address. 

    • Fixed a compatibility issue affecting Power Automate and credit card fields.

    • Research Authorize.net Certificate Update: No action is required for Authorize.net integration after the most recent update. 

    • Fixed alignment issues with callouts on extended fields for improved visual consistency.

    • Adjust the form so the autofocus is not skipped for description area & embed code fields on multi-page forms. 

    • Resolved an issue where the last page of multi-page forms would automatically focus on the bottom of the page.

    • Increased the default timeout for Live Form requests to prevent file upload errors.


Forms for Salesforce

  • Advanced Prefill feature now available for Native Essentials and Native Professional plans for Forms for Salesforce.

  • Compatibility with LWR (Lighting Web Runtime) Digital Experience Sites. 

  • New ability to embed a form on any Lightning Page in Salesforce. This is ideal for use cases such as internal case management, support ticketing, or service requests. 

  • Defect fixes:

    • Fixed notification banner displaying on Forms that have checkboxes. 

    • Native PayPal improvements:

      • Better error handling.

      • Ensure the transaction ID is syncing back to the form.

    • Ensured proper formatting and accurate time zone display in lookup popup table datetime fields.

    • Resolved an issue where duplicating a form would reset the rule name to its default.


Sign

  • Defect fixes:

    • Fixed checkbox tag that is not converting when sent to Sign. 

    • Fixed field positioning for fillable PDFs with text tags. 

    • Resolved issues with multiple document uploads.

    • Defaulted Hawksoft to Pro plans to restore SMS sending.
