• Defects fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where the displayed user count did not align with the number of users shown after applying filters.

  • Resolved an issue where the user list page of the Admin Panel did not properly display the correct number of pages based on the number of users in the organization.

Documents

• Enabled users to send email deliveries without attachments. 

  • When executing an email delivery via Formstack Documents the merged document is included by default. It was previously not possible to send an email that a merge was executed without also including the merged result. Now, the email delivery offers a check box under advanced settings for the user to choose to send email without a merged document attached. 

  • Click on the ‘more options’ button and check the box labeled ‘send email without merged document attached’

• Allow users to upload PDF documents without merge fields into Documents

  • Users can now upload static PDF documents—those without merge fields—into Docs for greater flexibility. This update allows these documents to be used as part of a data routing process or to automatically deliver fully static files based on a trigger. Previously, Docs displayed error messages when attempting to upload documents without merge fields; now, this functionality is supported seamlessly.

• Defect fixes:

  • Fixed auto html extra spacing between elements.

  • Fixed auto html list losing indent level.

  • Fixed missing API access to the PDF split tool.

  • Fixed SharePoint V2 delivery when using “Sites.Selected” permission.

  • Fixed issues with images/lists in html2office in the new Documents engine.

Forms

• Added a permanent form inventory download option.

• Added an option to remove the blank field first for dropdown fields in the form builder.

• Added a future payment option to the Stripe integration. 

• Live form API: 

  • Fixed issue with “check all” option for checkbox fields being out of sync.

• Defect fixes:

  • Fixed issue where UTL pre-filled data was not getting saved to partial submissions.

  • Fixed issue where submission limit emails were not being sent to all accounts when close to limit. 

  • Fixes issue with the matrix field trimming whitespace from field options.

  • Added an enforced minimum file size for file uploads to stop issues where files that weren’t fully loaded were being submitted. 

  • Added option where URL bar hides on mobile safari browser to avoid hiding the submit button when customers choose to have their URL bar at the bottom of the browser.

  • Added additional protections to avoid duplicate submissions through mobile safari browser.

Forms for Salesforce

• API Upgrade to v62

• New form experience, added support for the top 50 Google fonts.

• Defect fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where adding or removing the E-signature field incorrectly modified the PDF option in Form settings.

  • Resolved Date/Time field sorting in look-up pop-up.

• Defect fixes:

  • Restored default email message functionality for documents created through the Charlie API.

  • Enabled the ability to resume recalled documents initiated by other users.

  • Implemented fixes for new webhook registration issues.

  • Fixed issues with uploading multiple documents using the Angular (legacy) UI.

  • Resolved delays in processing webhook and callback notifications.

  • Fixed an issue where reminders were sent multiple times.

  • Disabled SMS notifications for plans that are not eligible for this feature.

  • Added missing Spanish translations for SMS notification content.

  • Addressed problems with uploading multiple documents in bulk.

Workflows

• Defect fixes:

  • Fixed issue with assigned task emails with Sign and an approval step sending incorrect subject and message 

  • Fixed issue where users were able to start a workflow when steps were not fully configured
