Launched a new reverse-mapping capability; to start your data selection process in Salesforce - pushing your desired data fields into Formstack Documents, and then build your template based on your selected fields.
The mappings experience has been updated to provide selections of parent relationships, child relationships, etc. to improve mapping experience and remove the issue of fields not loading on the field list. See the Field Mappings section of this article which has been updated.
Two new APEX options published here:
Generate Documents Merge Data which allows you to customize the result using Apex before sending it over for merge.
Upload File to Docs which is a more efficient way to upload documents for use in merges without hitting Salesforce API limits.
These two methods combined together, offer you a lot of flexibility in the merge generation process and reduces the need for a direct connection with the Documents API.
These updates are part of version 1.325, and if you are not using the latest version, you should update your version through the AppExchange. We always recommend to test new versions in a Sandbox environment, before updating in Production, to avoid any possible disruptions.

You will be able to change the license without disruption and then follow this guide to upgrade specific forms. And for a trialer who wants to upgrade to a higher plan, also contact our sales team here.

Workspace Column Customization
In the Workflows dashboard, users now have the ability to customize columns how they would like. This way, each time a user visits the dashboard, it will not reflect the preferred information, in the preferred order, that the user would like to see. Values that can be viewed in Workspace columns include the user who is assigned an upcoming task in a workflow, Status, and Workflow ID.
Workspace Lock icon
The Workspace tab in Workflows now appears with a lock icon for users who do not have access to Workspace. As a reminder, this will include Forms users who do not have the Workflows PRO Add-on (which includes access to Workspace).
